A New Twist on the Cobb Salad

This new take on the Cobb Salad is a high-fat, low-carb meal. Personal Trainers Tyler Pratt and Ryan Woods from Enfuse Fitness in Enfield told us why this kind of high-fat meal can be a good addition to our diet, and showed us how to make it.

Some of the ingredients include:

  • Shredded organic green cabbage

  • Organic cherry tomatoes

  • Julienned red onion

  • Shredded organic carrots

  • Panfried organic chicken thighs

  • Pan fried organic Chorizo

  • Organic avocado

  • Free range hard boiled eggs

  • Topped with olive oil and rice wine vinegar

  • Salt and pepper
