The Zercher Squat is a great squat variation that is easy to learn, helps teach proper mechanics, and can challenge your entire body!
Exercise: Zercher Squat
- Wide Stance
- Rogue Sandbag
Three common cues coaches use to help teach the squat:
1. Chest up
2. Knees apart
3. Butt back
Implement of choice:
Rogue Sand Bag filled with wood pellets.
