Adriana's Super Simple Kale Chips


  • 12 oz Kale (preferably organic or locally sourced)- roughly chopped and washed
  • 1 tsp Himalayan Pink Sea Salt
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Note: For the sake of saving time, it is fairly easy to find kale that has already been washed / cut and is ready for immediate consumption.


  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees
  2. Toss kale, sea salt, and olive oil together in a bowl.
  3. Place onto baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes at 200°.

Note:  A baking sheet with holes is preferred; however, a simple baking sheet will work just fine.
